The Cotswold Chef™ Food Centre offers a unique blend of practical skills delivery, together with a wider understanding of the links within the food supply chain, procurement and nutrition. The Cotswold Chef™ Food Centre offers : A purpose-built training centre within the grounds of the beautiful Royal Agricultural College, complete with a commercial kitchen, modelled on current best practice in schools. Alongside the kitchen is a comfortable, well-equipped training room, for group work, discussion and the more formal types of training. The Cotswold Chef™ Food Centre offers a strong local partnership, supported by specialist advisors and stakeholders, as well as excellent links into the supply chain, with food procurement and sustainability through a focus on using local produce wherever feasible. On offer is a range of accredited and bespoke training courses, showing a commitment to providing not only the core offer, but also to widen the progression routes for learners. The Cotswold Chef™ Food Centre offers a strong customer focus, with an understanding of the school food sector and a proven flexible approach to developing courses which complement the core offer and reflect the ever-changing needs of employers and learners
