About Us
The School of Hospitality is a Centre of Vocational Excellence for Catering and Hospitality education and training and is a member of two National Skills Academies. We are situated in an historic landmark building in central London with state of the art training kitchens and a large team of chef and food and beverage professionals who train to the highest standards. Our strong relationship with industry allows our students to take part in many enrichment activities, for example, Hotelympia. They are also encouraged to partake in culinary competitions throughout the year. We work closely with the local community and actively promote healthy eating and lifestyle. We have built up a strong association with schools among the London Boroughs through our Young Apprenticeship and Diploma programmes in Hospitality. The School of Hospitality has long and successful relationships with the appropriate Awarding Bodies; The Chartered Institute for Environmental Health, City and Guilds, BIIAB and the Hospitality Awarding Body. The School of Hospitality also has an excellent working relationship with London Southbank University and has an international reputation offering a wide range of professional programmes in FE and HE for the Hospitality Industry.
