Course Description

This qualification has been developed to provide people involved in school meals service. The two learning outcomes of the course are 1) Identify how to provide a range of healthier foods and meals in the school dining room, and 2) Develop marketing ideas and material to promote healthier food choices to target market through the school meals service. The course is over one day, with 6 learning hours leading to a multi-choice test.
